Glistening half-and-half (that's half fats + half lean meat ratio) Chinese BBQ pork belly aka char siu. Sticky, sweet, indulgent and eaten with a bowl of springy Hakka Noodles toss in pork lard and minced. Oh, what a glorious Friday lunch it was.

ReplyDeleteBabySumo: I eat here so often in the last one year and I've yet to write more than two lines about the wonderful food and warm service here. Maybe I'm just selfish, but I want it all to myself.
